As a result of all the above-mentioned effects occurring simultaneously with the liquid passed throughthe device, the following changes occur:
-
Declusterisation of molecules
As it is known, fluid molecules are grouped into clusters. The denser the fluid, the more and the larger the cluster groups are. As a result of the effects of GE USM, these cluster groups are destroyed to their molecular level.
2. Decrease of surface tension.
After declusterisation, the surface tension of the liquid becomes very close to the physical minimum for the given substance. One important consequence of this is the formation of much finer droplets when dispersing the liquid. This is particularly important in the treatment of liquid fuels because it increases the efficiency of combustion.
3. Decrease of viscosity.
When the liquid is declusterised to a molecular level, the internal and surface friction is greatly reduced, i.e., the friction resistance decreases – the viscosity decreases to the minimum for a particular fluid.
4. The ability of the liquid to dissolve reaches the maximum physical value for aparticular fluid.
This applies to all solvents, including water, and has important practical implications.
5. Biological decontamination.
Due to the generation of ultrasonic waves and cavitation, due to the effects of GE USM CLEANER, the microorganisms present in the liquid are destroyed.
At certain pressure levels, only one passage of the liquid destroys up to 90% of the microorganisms present in it. This leads to important practical applications in water treatment, in the food industry, etc.
6. Homogenizing.
As a result of the cavitation and the generation of ultra sound, maximum homogenization of the liquid or liquids, including difficult to mix or insoluble liquids, such as water-soluble and fat-soluble, for example, is achieved.
7. Prevention of the deposition of scale.
This concerns specifically water treatment. As a result of the effects of GE USM CLEANER, the calcium carbonate compounds dissolved in the water do not crystallize in the form of Calcite but in the form of Aragonite. The limestone is Calcite, its crystals are smaller and cling to form thick, easily growing layers.
The aragonite crystals are larger, they do not stick together and even have abrasive functions.
ALL GE USM DEVICES HAVE A UNIQUE PRINCIPLE OF ACTION:THERE ARE NO MOVING PARTS, THEY DO NOT REQUIRE ELECTRICITY AND THEY DO NOT NEED MAINTENANCE.
